Candle care:
Burn until the melt pool reaches the edges on first burn and trim the wick before each relight. Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave a lit candle unattended.
Shipping times vary from 1–5 business days after your order has been processed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
To protect your candles from heat damage, orders are not dispatched on Thursdays or Fridays during warmer weather. This helps prevent your parcel sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and reduces the chance of melting. In periods of extreme heat, there may be a short delay to postage while we wait for safer shipping conditions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but if there is anything wrong with your order, we will make it right. If your candle or perfume arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out as soon as possible with your order details and a photo so we can help.
